Pressure buffer

The contact area of the linear brush may be mounted in a flexible way by integrating a pressure buffer. The pressure buffer is regulated via compressed air and thus exerts a constant wiping force onto even slightly uneven surfaces. The individual brush filaments will remain in a vertical position in relation to the subject surface and will yield optimal cleaning results.

As an alternative, Wandres also offers a flexible pressure buffer that adapts to wavy surfaces. If equipped with this special type of pressure buffer, the contact area of the machine may compensate height differences of up to +10/-20 mm in relation to the flat surface.
